INNOVATIVE ENERGY SOLUTIONS AT A FRACTION OF THE COST.
One of the key challenges for businesses is to decide whether to commit funding towards energy efficiency solutions without the security of obtaining returns in the time frames proposed. Many businesses want sustainable solutions but realize that it is a long-term investment.
We understand the needs of our clients and have developed the following solutions to tackle this important challenge:
EPC – ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT.
An EPC is a partnership between a customer and an Energy Services Company (ESCO) that allows the improvement of site energy efficiency without any upfront capital costs or technical risk to the end client.
Under an EPC, the energy services company will implement a number of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). The cost savings achieved are then split between the client, the ESCO, and the investor.
FULLY FUNDED CHP, BIOMASS AND SOLAR PV.
We have developed an innovative, fully funded solution whereby we can propose an alternative to outright purchase. Under this arrangement, the provider funds, designs, maintains, and operates a CHP, Biomass or Solar PV system whilst supplying guaranteed volumes of energy (electricity and heat) to the client (that hosts the plant on his land). These systems are provided at discounted prices, compared year by year, to the open market.
This form of arrangement, called a Power Purchase Agreement, has been widely used for mid-to-long-term agreements with large multinational companies. The scheme is very popular in the United States and is now beginning to gain popularity in the UK.
Through the above options, our clients can achieve reduced costs of up to 20% whilst reaping 100% of the eco-benefits and having just invested 0% of the capital.
Our consultants and account managers are always available to discuss our Fully Funded Renewable solutions and show you what can be done for your particular business needs.
