The Lead Generator role involves the initiation of consumer interest in products and/or services provided by the MAXIMeyes Group. The person will be a good researcher who can identify target client database and the decision makers within the client organisation. They must be able identify the right angle of approach for each client to avoid perception of cold calling, e.g. introduction through an existing relationship, attending relevant industry events, invitation to MAXIMeyes events etc. They will be working with BDM to set up meetings between client decision makers and MAXIMeyes.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a proven track record in intelligent targeting and new client relationship building. Utilities industry experience is not essential – the desired skills are transferable across industries.
- Self-starter capable of identifying leads in line with required client profile
- Ability to identify and speak to decision makers to arrange introduction and follow-up calls and/or meetings
- Excellent communicator with an eye for detail
- Target driven with a ‘can do’ approach
- Good networking
- Creativity and ability to think on the spot
- Preferably with previous lead generator experience or solid sales/telesales background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to deal with a conflict in a constructive way
- Good team player but able to work independently
